This is a space for Christian men to gather, build, and hone their skills and life. Upon This Rock is founded by a Catholic experience designer who wants to build a better world for his children and yours.
We got sick of public gyms promoting lust, pride and envy. So we started a gym. But why stop there? Now we're adding a co-working space and wellness sessions.

Iron sharpens iron as one man sharpens another. Men's spaces have been banned and diluted. UTR will be a space for men to be unapologetically men. Let's build our bodies, minds and hearts as we shape the world for our children.
